Do I need a subscription to order an album?
No. Ordering a printed album is a one-time purchase. Plans only raise how many photos you can keep in your library — the free tier already holds 10,000.
Can I order more than one copy?
Yes. Set the number of copies when you build your album — perfect for gifting the same album to family and friends.
What's the difference between Compact, Wide and Grand?
Compact is the smaller, hold-it-in-one-hand format with a 40-photo album. Wide is the larger landscape format that gives photos more room, and adds 60 and 80-photo albums. Grand is our biggest, near-square album — the same sizes as Wide, with even more space for every photo to breathe.
Is tax included in the price?
Every price shown includes VAT. The exact rate for your country is itemised on your invoice — no surprises at checkout.
